The intestinal epithelium is constantly exposed to the intestinal microbiome. Here we used single cell RNA sequencing to reveal how murine small intestinal organoids and specific cell types react to stimulation with the bacterial metabolites Desaminotyrosin (DAT) and indole-3-carboxaldehyde (ICA)
