Summary
We studied gene expression changes in the transcriptome of RAW264.7 cells treated with extracts of Zn-0.8Li alloys Gyroid scaffolds for 48 hours and compared them to RAW264.7 (control) without the addition of extracts. The aim of this study was to determine the regulation of macrophage inflammatory responses by ions released from Gyroid scaffolds.
