ChIP-Seq analysis of DMTF1 in mouse neural stem cells; ChIP-Seq analysis of H2AZ in mouse neural stem cells with or wihtout Dmtf1 knockdown.

GSE263969 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 16 samples 2025/10/15 GPL21103
Summary
Neural stem cells (NSCs) contribute to embryonic brain development and adult brain homeostasis via their unique properties of self-renewal and differentiation. The Cyclin D binding Myb‑like transcription factor 1 (DMTF1) is reported to be a tumor supressor gene in cancer cells. However, the role of DMTF1 in NSCs is poorly understood. The aim of this study is to determine the role of Dmtf1 in NSCs and elucidate the underlying mechanism.
