Summary
Transcriptomic analysis of clinical tissue samples is important in the precision medicine research. Therefore, we used RNA sequencing to systematically analyze the differentially expressed genes of 17 ESCC tumor tissues and paired normal tissue and lymph node metastatic tissue.
