Summary
We isolated MSCs using fluorescence-activated cell sorting with CD73 molecule as a marker (termed isolated MSCs). We also established conventional heterogeneous adhered MSCs derived from the same specimens (termed adhered MSCs). We examine the interindividual variability between isolated and adhered MSCs based on gene expression profiles.
