Summary
The precise mechanisms by which IRF5 regulates CD4 T cell support of the adaptive immune response is still unknown. Here, we used scRNAseq to analyse the impact of loss of Irf5 expression on CD4 T cells following T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation.
