Summary
The repair of injured enthesis remains clinically challenging in sports medicine. We have proved that the activation of Nlrp3 inflammasomes suppressed enthesis regeneration. So we used single cell RNA-seq to uncover the mechanisms by which Nlrp3 inflammasomes modulate enthesis regeneration
