Summary
Due to an increasing need for advanced techniques to understand the heterogeneity of central nervous system tumors, we optimized a method to isolate intact nuclei from long-term frozen pediatric brain tumor tissues. The results demonstrated that the protocol is fast, simple and low-coust thus optinal for potential application for such cases.
