Summary
To investigate the effect of U1 snRNA knock-in on gene expression during HSV-1 infection, we obtained BMDMs from WT and U1 snRNA myeloid knock-in (U1mKI) mice, and infected them with HSV-1 (MOI, 1) for 4 hours. Subsequently, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq.
