mTOR Signaling Regulates Multiple Metabolic Pathways in Human Lung Fibroblasts After TGF-β and in Pulmonary Fibrosis

GSE270973 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 28 samples 2024/12/12 GPL20301
Summary
We investigated the effects of mTOR and ATF4 on gene expression in human lung fibroblasts using RNA-sequencing. We found both ATF4 and mTOR regulate expression of genes that are involved in controlling amino acid synthesis and transportation. mTOR additionally regulates genes that are involved in glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation.
