Gene expression analysis in obsessive-compulsive disorder with and without comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders

GSE271268 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 28 samples 2026/03/31 GPL24676
Summary
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an intractable disease with a prevalence of 2-3%. Despite treatment with antidepressants, its pathogenesis remains unclear. Recent research suggests immunological mechanisms, particularly in OCD comorbid with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) like ASD, ADHD, and TD. This study investigates immune factors involved in OCD and its comorbidities. To reveal the mechanism, RNA-Seq was performed.
