Summary
The bEnd.3 and UV♀2 cells were mouse endothelial cell lines. The bEnd.3 cells were derived from the endothelial cells of the mouse brain and the UV♀2 cells were established from an angioendothelioma-like tumor that developed on the skin of mice. We performed bulk RNA-seq analysis of these two cell lines to investigate the difference between these cells.
