Transcriptomic analysis of RNA psi modification in colorectal cancer reveals an epitranscriptomic regulation in cellular senescence

GSE271639 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/01/28 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To identify the senescence level of PUS enzymes on colorectal cancer cells, we established WIDR cell lines in which DKC1 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of DKC1 knockdown WIDR cells as well as negative control shRNA group.
