Summary
To investigate the role of TIGIT in CD4+ T cell differentiation, Total CD4+ T cells were isolated from WT or Tigit -/- mice. Cells were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 for 3 d. Cells were then collected and total RNA was extracted.
