Effect of modulation of microRNA-455-3p on gene expression in SW1353 human chondrosarcoma cells

GSE276347 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2025/02/26 GPL24676
Summary
MicroRNA-455 is a key microRNA in cartilage, strongly induced by Sox9. In order to understand its function, we have overexpressed (miR-455-3p mimic) or inhibited (miR-455-3p inhibitor) miR-455 compared to appropriate controls and measured gene expression.
