Summary
Single-cell profiling of wild-type (WT) or mutant hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell (HSPC)-enriched hematopoietic cells from the bone marrow of mice harboring Asxl1Y588X clonal hematopoiesis of intermediate potential (CHIP) after 40 weeks of high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) feeding to determine genes involved in the inflammatory response to HFCS between WT and Asxl1Y588X hematopoietic cells. These data provide new information on the difference in the inflammatory, pro-survival, and proliferative responses between WT and Asxl1Y588X hematopoietic cells after fructose feeding.
