Summary
In this study we examine the role of LMO4 and it regulation by helminth infection in type 2 myelopoiesis. The effect of LMO4 on type 2 myeloid progenitors is examined by RNAseq and ATACseq, as well as functional readouts, to establish the mechanism by which LMO4 carries out its lineage instructive effect.
