Gene expression profile of B lymphocytes from GPR40 KO and WT mice

GSE277497 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/09/23 Platform GPL30215
Summary
GPR40 deficiency in B cells was shown to result in enhanced B cell activation and proliferation, antibody production, germinal center formation, and class switch recombination. We used whole transcriptome sequencing to analyze B cells isolated from the spleens of both GPR40-WT and GPR40-BKO mice.
