Gene expression profiling of wild type and Trim33-deficient AMs after single allergen challenge

GSE277957 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/09/24 Platform GPL23479
Summary
Tripartite motif-containing protein 33 (TRIM33) is a multifunctional protein, that participates in multiple physiology and pathology processes. However, whether it plays any roles in regulating the function of AMs, particularly under the condition of allergic asthma remains unexplored. Gene expression profiling of wildtype and Trim33-deficient AMs revealed a crucial role of TRIM33 in regulating the activation status of AMs after single allergen challenge.
