Summary
We mapped genome-wide H3K9me3 enrichment upon heterochromatin induction to investigate the association of H3K9me3 domains with nuclear lamina in 2-cell embryos. We particularly focused on the expression of Suv39h1 alone and the coexpression of Suv39h1 along with heterochromatin reader proteins Hp1a and Hp1g (Pool J). To examine the changes in H3K9me3 enrichment, we performed CUT&RUN at the late 2-cell stage.
