Summary
EFNA3 protein is a cell membrane protein. In our study, we found that during the process of collective migration, basal cells promote the migration of luminal cells through EFNA3. Through this sequencing, we discovered that stimulation of luminal cells by EFNA3 protein activates the oxidative phosphorylation pathway and upregulates the expression of genes related to oxidative phosphorylation.
