Summary
In this study, we utilized snRNA-seq combined with a mouse model of intracerebral hemorrhage to explore the gene expression heterogeneity of brain cells at different stages post-ICH, aiming to construct a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas for ICH and further elucidate its pathogenesis to identify potential therapeutic targets.
