Summary
RNA-seq analysis was conducted as part of an experiment investigating the effects of the phthalate, di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), on the mouse fetal testis. The goal of the study was to investigate the mechanism by which phthalates interfere with Sertoli cell function, following exposure to 0, 20, 500 mg/kg/d DPeP from gestational day (GD) 17-21.
