Transcriptome and BCR profile at single cell level of influenza neuraminidase (NA) specific pre-exisiting memory B cells in health adults

GSE282064 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 4 samples Submitted 2024/11/20 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Influenza virus NA is important for viral replication. The antibody targeting NA can block viral replication. We used single B cell RNA and BCR sequencing to analysis the heterogeneity of NA specific pre-existing memory B cells in healthy adults.
