Summary
Psoriasis (PSO) is an autoimmune inflammatory skin disease. To better understand alterations within the T cell compartment, we profiled T cells from PSO and healthy control skin via scRNASequencing and analyzed via TCRseq Treg profile expressing or not our target gene.
