RNA-seq Analysis of Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV)-Infected RAW264.7 Macrophages with and without Prior BCG-lysate Exposure

GSE284009 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/02/25 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Our findings demonstrated that BCG treatment significantly reduced the intracellular viral titers of Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV). To explore the molecular mechanisms responsible for the enhanced antiviral immunity of BCG-trained macrophages, we conducted RNA sequencing analysis on RAW264.7 cells infected with VSV, comparing macrophages pre-exposed to BCG with those without prior exposure.
