BTLA agonist attenuates Th17 inflammation in a mouse model of steroid-resistant asthma

GSE284206 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/03/13 Platform GPL19057
Summary
Mouse models of steroid-resistant asthma are needed to understand the pathophysiology of the disease in order for effective therapeutics to be developed. The BXD75 mice strain exhibited neutrophilic airway inflammation and steroid resistance. This study investigated the HVEM-BTLA signaling pathway in CD4+ T cells from BXD75 and C57BL/6J (WT) mice exposed to house dust mite (HDM).
