Effect of heme on the chromatin accessibility of differentiating mouse B cells

GSE284692 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 15 samples 2026/02/21 GPL21626
Summary
The effect of heme on the chromatin accessibility of differentiating mouse B cells was assessed by isolating splenic CD43- B cells and culturing with LPS, IL2, and IL5. After 24 hours heme or vehicle control was added to the cultures. At 72 hours activated B cells and plasmablasts were FACS isolated and ATAC-seq performed.
