Huang Lian Jiedu Decoction ameliorates lipid metabolic disorders in obese mice by modulating gastric inhibitory polypeptide release via intestinal microbiota regulation

GSE285884 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 11 samples 2026/01/15 GPL24247
Summary
Obesity is a chronic metabolic disorder that increases the risk of various metabolic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). While previous studies have shown that Huang Lian Jiedu Decoction (HLJDD) can alters gut microbiota to improve glycolipid metabolism and obesity, the underlying mechanisms still need to be clarified. The present study aimed to explore the potential mechanisms of HLJDD in suppressing obesity more deeply through an integrated research strategy.
