Summary
Mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) treated by 1 μM PD0325901 and 10 μM Danofloxacin (named PDF) can matain undifferentiated state in vitro. To identify the differently expressed genes regulated by them, mESCs treated with PD0325901 (PD) and PDF for 12 h and 24 h were sent to do transcriptome sequencing. These results will extend our outstanding of the regulatory network of ESC pluripotency.
