Summary
Doxorubicin treatment induces the expression of proinflammatory cytokines through the activation of the STING pathway. Our study demonstrates that the combined administration of the STING agonist ADU-S100 significantly enhances the antitumor efficacy of doxorubicin in a syngeneic mouse model of sarcoma using the WEHI-164 cell line.
