Summary
The level of 5-HT in the intestine of sleep-deprived mice is increased, which induces oxidative stress of intestinal stem cells by acting on HTR4 receptor. Single-cell RNA sequencing was used to analyze the changes in intestinal cell subsets and HTR4 expression after sleep deprivation
