Effect of overexpression of Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) on MS-1 endothelial cells

GSE289731 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2026/05/20 Platform GPL21626
Summary
Immune regulation of endothelial cell is esstential for efficient anti-tumor T cell immunity. We here report LPL lipoprotein lipase as a key regulator of endothelial immune response. The overexpression of LPL results in enhanced antigen presentation on endothelial cell, which in turns enhance T cell homing. Moreover, LPL also enhance the sensitivity of EC to IFN-g exposure, with elevated percentage of apoptotic cells. Taken together, our data provide a molecular framework of the effect of LPL on endothelial cells.
