Summary
To investigate the biological differences between EBV-/HIV-, EBV+/HIV- and EBV+/HIV+ classic Hodgkin lymphoma, we performed RNA sequencing of 19 pre-treatment formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) whole lymph node biopsies of cHL.
