Summary
In order to ascertain the dynamic changes of transcriptomics throughout the whole cycle of Salmonella infection in the mouse intestine and offer basic support for the single-cell and spatial transcriptome data analysis in this research, we gavaged BALB/c mice with Salmonella and carried out transcriptome sequencing on the colon tissues at five time points during the entire infection cycle.
