Multi-organ transcriptome changes in response to acute cold exposure

GSE290875 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 40 samples 2025/09/30 GPL24247
Summary
Cold adaptation is a canonical model to study the induction of thermogenic and mitochondrial activity in adipose tissues. Yet, the effects of thermal adaptation in other metabolic-relevant tissues, such as the liver, are poorly explored. Here, we present a dataset that allows us to contrast the effects of acute cold exposure (24h, 4C) in a multi-tissue RNA sequencing approach.
