Summary
The mechanisms underlying the progression of vocal cord leukoplakia (VCL) to laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) remain unclear. We characterize the differences in the cellular microenvironment between VCL and LSCC at the single-cell resolution for the first time.
