scRNA-seq analysis of liver nonparenchymal cells from the mice after pIVCL and sham surgery

GSE291326 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2026/03/01 Platform GPL28457
Summary
We performed scRNA-seq analysis on murin livers after partial inferior vena cava ligation (pIVCL), a mouse model of congestive hepatopathy. We identified connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) as one of the most upregulated genes in pericentral (zones 2 and 3) LSECs. The scRNA-seq analysis also showed that the integrin signaling pathway was activated and the expression of YAP/TAZ target genes was upregulated in pericentral LSECs.
