Impact of Fpr2 deletion of spleen transcriptomics

GSE292685 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2026/05/15 Platform GPL34290
Summary
We sought to understand the basal role of Fpr2 in maintenance of splenic function. Using mice deficient in Fpr2, we isolated subjected whole spleen to bulk RNA-sequencing.
