Summary
Unbiased approach to identify Epidermal Niche signals responsible for Hair follicle stem cells activation. We have analysed specifically Lrig1 positive cells using a genetically modified mouse where GFP is expressed under Lrig1 promoter at D28. We sorted cells and analyse Sorted GFP+ cells versus the basal cells from the same mouse.
