Summary
This study investigates the role of endothelial ETS1 in regulating cardiomyocyte proliferation and ventricular compact myocardium development. Using ETS1 conditional knockout mice, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on embryonic day 14.5 (E14.5) ventricles from ETS1 endothelial knockout (eKO) and control mice.
