Summary
The effects of aging on brain-associated T cells remain incompletely understood. We sorted CD4 and CD8 T cells from meninges and choroid plexus of young and aged mice, and compared their single-cell transcriptomes. The results provide insights into the changes of brain-associated T cells with aging, and identify unique aging-associated T cells.
