Summary
CD45+ immune cells play an important role in immunotherapy.To investigate the effect of CD45+ immune cells on the efficacy of oncolytic viruses M1 and M1-mutIL-18, We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of CD45+ immune cells in B16F10 tumors of mice after M1 and M1-mutIL-18 treatment.
