Summary
The aim of this study was to develop a new mouse model of myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery (MINS) and to elucidate its pathophysiology. Male C57BL/6 mice underwent abdominal surgery under sevoflurane anesthesia, and myocardial samples were collected at multiple time points post-surgery. Gene expression profiling using RNA sequencing data from these samples was performed to investigate the molecular changes associated with MINS.
