Transcriptome profiling of senescent and non-senescent BPH epithelial cells after CD4⁺ T cell co-culture

GSE297402 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/12/02 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Human primary CD4⁺ T cells were co-cultured with either senescent or non-senescent primary BPH epithelial cells for 6 hours. BPH epithelial cells were then isolated and subjected to RNA sequencing. The experiment was repeated three times independently.
