Effects of transient thermal stress on thyroid cancer cells

GSE297528 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/06/13 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Radiofrequency ablation has been used to treat low-risk thyroid cancer; however, its oncological safety remains unclear. We applied transient sublethal thermal stress to thyroid cancer cells to simulate clinical scenarios in which incomplete radiofrequency ablation leads to residual viable thyroid cancer cells.
