L1CAM promotes human endometrial cancer via NF-κB activation

GSE299250 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/02/02 Platform GPL24676
Summary
RNA-seq analysis of human endometrial carcinoma HHUA cells was performed to determine the impact of L1CAM knockdown. Cells were transduced with shRNA targeting L1CAM or shscramble and harvested 48 hours later for total RNA extraction. This dataset provides insight into gene expression changes associated with L1CAM suppression in uterine cancer.
