Summary
We used single-cell RNA sequencing with the Evercode™ WT kit (Parse Biosciences) to profile kidney immune cells in a mouse model of ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI), with or without treatment with the SYK inhibitor Entospletinib. The dataset captures immune dynamics at early and late stages of injury and was used to identify leukocyte populations associated with inflammation and its resolution, as well as the immunomodulatory effects of SYK inhibition in vivo.
