Engineering a Lipid Nanoparticle with Atypical Calcium Crystal Structure for Enhanced IFNβ-mediated Immunotherapy [BMDC]

GSE299525 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/06/11 Platform GPL34328
Summary
We have employed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to investigate the effects of NanoCa on the activated innate immune response. Our results indicate that NanoCa activates the innate immune response by inducing interferon beta (IFNβ). To examine the transcriptional changes of its associated cytokines, dendritic cells derived from bone marrow were isolated and analyzed using RNA-seq.
