Summary
Purpose: To reveal mRNA profiles in the liver using mRNA-seq method. Methods: 8 week old C57BL/6 male mice were injected Control Oligos and tsRNA-Glu-CTC oligos for two weeks. Liver RNA was extracted with Trizol methods. Results:mRNA-seq revealed upregulation of lipids metabolism related genes in overexpressed tsRNA-Glu-CTC oligos mice. Importantly, cholesterol synthesis key genes SREBP2 and HMGCR are significantly upregulation.
